Taglio 3DJ is the software for numerically controlled Contouring and Shaping Centres, developed for advanced management of the production of countertops, blocks or sculptural artworks.
Taglio 3DJ is simple and intuitive. Software manages every aspect of NC machinings, from the design to the distribution of the pieces on the work table. The collision control with 3D simulations avoids issues when the machine runs while the optimization of the machining workflow minimizes the waste of time.
Taglio 3DJ - 3 axis
Taglio 3DJ 3 axis is the software developed for 3 interpolated axis NC machining centres. It is useful to:
- create and import 2D and 3D designs in the most widely used standard formats (.dxf, .stl, .iges)
- program 2D machining operations on sheets: boring, milling, edge banding, engraving, recessing, tracing
- program machining operations for the 3-axis emptying and finishing of solid pieces (shower trays, sinks, tubs, vases)
- import images using standard formats (.jpg, .bmp) and converting them into surfaces to program the machining of bas relief and high relief
- simulate the removal of material.
Optional packages
- Automatic CAM: automated pairing of machining operations with the pieces on the basis of rules set by the user for design properties, such as geometry layers.
- Office station, multi-centre and network key: option of generating different types of programs for the office and for the machines
- Master from a single station near the machine and sharing the software license with up to 10 stations connected to the network.
Taglio 3dj - 5 axis
Taglio 3DJ 5 axis is the software developed for 5 interpolated axis NC machining centres. Users can create complex shapes through the traditional 2D machinings, an extended set of 2.5D machinings with milling cutter, 3D roughing & finishing, projections on surfaces with blades, and extended 3D machinings with 4 & 5 continuous and interpolated axis.
