Erotag is the CAD / CAM software for wire cutting and shaping machines that can interpolate up to 10 axes. It is suitable to program profiling, roughing of blocks and to create complex shapes, such as cylindrical columns, conical shells for covering the columns, templates for furniture, stairs and frames.

Erotag lets set the machining cycles and the order of items to be processed. The 2 or 4 synchronized axes is useful for cylindrical or constant conical machining while the 4 or more independent axes contouring allows variable conical machining in which profiles on the two planes of interpolation (typically XY and UV) have different shapes.

Parameters such as slowing federate are set automatically or manually as well as linear unloading, circular unloading, pausing on edge, work values and synchronization points. The start and stop points on the profile are independent on the two planes of interpolation. Erotag is a toolset of Logotag. CAD functions are useful to generate the machining profiles in the simplest and quickest way, without using third-party drawing programs.
